This contact form (likely fairly obviously) uses Formimp which is one of my products. Under its terms of use, I am required to tell you about the types of privacy controls that Formimp supports. The easiest way to explain Formimp's privacy policy is that as long as you don't send spam, Formimp does not collect anything from you.

If you contact me, the message will get to me via Slack and I'll reply by email unless you give me another means to contact you. And so Slack's privacy policy will apply to you as well, but you can read more on my privacy page - in fact, I encourage you to read it regardless of whether you contact me or not.
