Got a dream?
Is there an idea you just can’t shake? Do you need technical help to bring it to life — and guidance to make sure it lands with real users?
From spark to signal
GHC helps early-stage founders go from MVP to their first 100 users. That doesn't mean guaranteed traction. It means support through one of the toughest and most defining stages of your startup — where you validate your assumptions, talk to real people, and see what actually sticks.
That journey is chaotic. First comes launch, where excitement meets unexpected feedback. Then comes the long middle: rebuilding what didn’t work, refining what did, and fighting through moments of deep doubt. But with each cycle, your product becomes sharper.
The deal
GHC won’t guarantee 100 users — no one can. Only you can bring the energy, commitment, and founder hustle required. But GHC will build a high-quality MVP fast and affordably, designed to evolve as you get feedback. You’ll get a solid technical foundation and a working loop for iteration.
The method
We start with a deep dive: what’s the problem, who’s it for, and what early signals do you already have? If it’s a fit, GHC helps scope and prioritize a version we can test soon — usually in days, not months.
From there, you’ll map the journey. You’ll walk Greg through the user experience and the goals behind each piece. We’ll sort out legal, logistics, and roles. You can choose to work solo with Greg or bring in others from his network of senior consultants with founder or C level experience — faster, broader, but more expensive.
During the build, we’ll move fast. You’ll test early and often. GHC will adjust based on what you learn. After launch, meetings become more strategic — about growth, product-market fit, and what comes next. Things will break, new ideas will emerge and dreams will come closer to reality.
At the end of this phase, you’ll have something real — and the foundation to keep going. This service could be called "Consulting for people who believe they can change the world, delivered by someone who believes he has."
